The Med Mosaic team is a consortium of partners with a solid experience in landscape planning and management. The work in Italy is carried out by LIPU, and two local companies, COGECSTRE and ILEX. In Lebanon, Al Shouf Cedar Society works in partnership with the Association for Forests Development and Conservation. |The Food Trail Project|
The Food Trail is a food tourism project funded by USAID in the framework of the Lebanon Industry Value Chain Development project.
The food trail falls within the limits of the Shouf Biosphere Reserve and connects 9 villages in higher Shouf and West Bekaa namely Maasser el Shouf, Khreibeh, Mrosti, Jebaa, Niha, Khirbet Qanafar, Ain Zebde, Saghbine and Aytanit.
